Perching on Edge of Nest
Today the baby birds fledged, right on schedule.

As promised, Llewellyn has been working on the Chez Robin nestcam, located under the eaves of our side porch. The last posted image showed three eggs, now the nest has four. I suspect that will complete the clutch this time around.

On a back road west of Geneva, chasing the setting sun toward Penn Yan, Laurel and I spotted this cat snoozing in the high window of a stone barn. Still warm in the fresh shadows, he appeared intent on completing his nap and remained supremely unintimidated by my approach and mumbles and clickings.
