Wallpaper in the Woodland Room

The Woodland room, aka Amy’s room or the Pink room is finished too, in terms of wallpaper. I won’t rave about Dave here, since I did that in the last post. Instead I will show you some pictures. I will say that I love this wallpaper very, very much.
This is the Woodland Room with the William Morris style design called Woodland, evident in the frieze and the border at the baseboard level. The fill pattern is Morris’ Claire’s Willow.
Just as a reminder, a before picture when the room was pink. I still do not hate the pink paper, it just feels too busy to me and not at all restful. The wall sconce has since been replaced but has yet to be installed so unseen in the “after” images:
Lastly, a detail of the pink paper. I saved a bit of it, for what remains to be seen.
